Big cities in India are heavily polluted you can hardly breathe.
Getting around with auto-rickshaw ( like Tuk-Tuk in Thailand),
I cover my mouth with scarf like a Muslim girl, and wear shade to protect my eyes.
during the traffic hours, stuck in between motorcycles and rickshaws,
heavy smell of diesel almost makes me nausea.
doing kumbhaka (yogic pranayama: retention of breath) as much as possible...

Another danger is hidden in crossing the street.
there are very few traffic lights, so if you wish to go to the other side,
you need to look toward the approaching vehicles, make firm eye contact,
and run as fast at possible. you can really get killed.

Really need to be sober in this country to survive...

On the brighter side, school is really getting interesting. the course is designed for students with medical background and to those who have been studying Ayurveda for several years. If you really want to study Ayurveda in India, you go to Ayurveda College for 4 and 1/2 years plus a year of internship. which is difficult for most professionals, so this course condenses 5 1/2 years amount of studies into six week by visiting labs, observing patient care, herb preparation and studying pharmacology a lot.

so much to learn, yet I am having so much fun!

I'm reading the ayruveda book you recommended to me.That's interesting, but little difficult to read, because a lot of unknown word on pages.

By the way,I enjoyed my Rakudouan lesson.chanting(kaori's style),pranayama, asana(adjusting),meditation.
And I learned many things from visitors.I hope visitors enjoyed too.

Vesica and Chagama are in usual activities.Everyone of our campany is fine.

My English is broken. So,can you understand this?
